About Lea-Pearl:
 Our lovely President Lea-Pearl exemplifies her pre-medicine side by representing the Meyerhoff and U-RISE, actively pursuing an MD/PhD. Now in her second year on the Executive Board, she brings her experience of Programming and connection building to the fraternity. Leading by example, she is a fantastic student, inspirational leader, and attentive researcher, being involved with labs.
Fun Fact: Lea-Pearl can recite every line of the 1994 Lion King movie

About Mica:
 Our "Meme Queen" Mica is one of the kindest souls you'll ever come across. She explores her medical side by engaging in community volunteering and researching in the Psychology Child Development Lab on campus, in addition to being a member of the Lambda Alpha National Anthropology Honor Society. She has a love for storytelling, a big passion for reading and building connections with others, and travelling with her dog, Pickles. She plans to pursue an MD/PhD in efforts to connect the arts to the sciences, highlighting the vast connections between these diverse fields.

About Amirah: As our chief Spoons player, Amirah hones into her medical passion by volunteering at the St. Agnes Pediatric Emergency Department. In her free time, Amirah enjoys cooking and exploring new cuisines. She enjoys listening to murder podcasts while driving, but she absolutely LOVES Taylor Swift and Gracie Abrams with her dog, Lily and kitten, Ivy. 
Biggest Delusion: Taylor Swift will drop Reputation TV (she's been waiting since Nov. '23)

About Adithya:
 MD Alpha's favorite runner, Adithya actively pursues his career as a physician by volunteering at the Liberty Road Volunteer Fire Company as an EMT. Constantly helping and educating those interested in the field of emergency medicine, Adithya also helps out in the classroom, more particularly in Biology 303, as an undergraduate TA for cellular biology. In his spare time, he frequently volunteers as a math tutor at Morrell Park Elementary and Middle school. When he's not out saving patients or student's grades, he is often spotted around the Catonsville area running with the UMBC Running Club, as well as listening to Laufey and playing Minecraft
Fun Fact: He's watched The Office over 10 times

Specialty of Interest: Pediatrics
About Deven: Our youngest E-Board member, Deven taps into his pre-medical side by working as a medical assistant for a Johns Hopkins Doctor at Howard County General Hospital. He has a strong passion for genetics, always curious about new innovations in that field, especially regarding cell therapy. Complimenting his interest of mentoring, he TA's for BIOL142, in addition to working as a tutor for kids K-12. When he's not busy with school, he likes to travel to new places with friends, optimizing his fantasy football team, ranting about the Orioles' struggling bullpen, as well as drawing/sketching.
Guilty Pleasure: Playing Pokémon ROM Hacks (currently playing Navy Sapphire)
